Welcome , thanks for coming onto my page

lol. I hope you have boxers then. Oh, and my comment about the shoe laces being tied too tied... i was being silly. YOu had said "wow, finally a post where no one is negative!" and then i said that.. which was a negative comment. I was just trying to be funny... But a joke isnt funny if no one laughs right?! :-p

But seriously, Casein protein used to be VERY expensive, it has certainly come down in price now, but in my opinion it is not a good idea (and a waste of money when Whey protein is so cheap) to use Casein post workout. But whatever humps your camel, right?

Whatever floats ur boat? :-p

Dazzaem, you're problem is you have no factual proof. I have already elaborated that the amino acid profile does not get any better by combining the two because whey protein is a complete protein. THe other reason is that whey protein is the fastest digesting protein out there (especially in hydrolysate form).

All you have told me as proposed "proof", is that you know millions of guys do it and you know "loads" of guys personally that do it, and that many magazines say to do it. Show me one legitimate article that says to do that (and explains why of course...). And quit exaggerating because it makes people not want to believe you when you do that. You dont know "loads" of guys that do it (I'm assuming by loads you mean a dozen or more). And how do you know millions of guys that do it? Explain that one to me. Was there a poll on some website that was taken??

My point is this, you have to factual proof. YOu're just running your mouth. But you make me laugh ;)

Oh, and since apparently everyone else is doing it, are you going to drop your pants also?

Hey hey bro. Just a heads up, don't always come into a discussion with the attitude that you are 100% correct. For your information, whey proteins are complete proteins so there is no room for "amino acid profile" improvement. As far as getting "more" amino acids, you simply increase your serving size. Casein protein is notoriously popular for being slow digesting, and this is why you consume it pre-bed.

So no, casein has no use for post workout or to be honest any other time of the day unless you absolutely cannot eat any whole foods.

So don't come at me saying what you said. I don't appreciate it.

my buddy lives in the UK somewhere. he is 5 hours ahead. so he always jokes he sees the future lol.
so just a quick example, it is 230pm right now, he has like 730pm.

no doubt man. im not 100% sure "what" caused it but i do know "when" it happened for sure. i was actually coming off one of the times that i've been the leanest ever, which is really weird. then school started and a few weeks into it i fell off the course. i think a combo of stress related to school and having so much responsibility. and that with living off campus where i DONT get to see and interact as much as if i lived in dorms. living by yourself is tough, even with my bro. who we dont see each other too often.
i also know that ever since i messed up my ankle royally, i've never gotten back into it seriously. like for more than maybe 6-8 weeks at a time.
perhaps im trying too hard and being to strict and all this "restriction" causes backlashing. it need to be more moderation in my life i am thinking.
however i do feel in my right place when I'm training and feeling good and helping people by showing them and being an example. thats when i feel the best. not when i worry that i "have to get this workout in today".. then i get stressed and it becomes a job. and its hard not to do that when you have a goal b/c u know what u have to do to get there so if u miss something, perhaps im taking it too hard and serious. thats a life gaol to be less serious and stress free :)

haha no worries bro- :P

I use your young eagerness for this training and wanting to stay in shape or get in shape. I tell people often that you probably don't need as many supps as you have in that one pic you posted, but that there are some supps that I defnitely think are an important asset to your "arsenal" in the quest for fitness. I try to preach not to get too serious with bodybuilding becuase its really hard, and while bodybuilders do that, they have devloped it into a lifestyle. Most people get too serious. Not that you can't be dedicated, but you have to develop it into a lifestyle.
You will probably show that even without all those supps you can make huge gains. I also exlpain something overlooked. THat even IF those supps dont work, I think you will agree that they help motivate you, not only because you THINK they work (whether they do or dont, aka placebo effect) but also the amount of money you invest will help keep you motivated. Which adds an entire new component to supps that i would say most people overlook.

ALso, i wasnt trying to say that I win the debate about the FST training, becuase just like steroids, you would think i was for steroids the way I try to get people to think about them. BUt I also feel that in order to grow, you would need to stretch and massage fascia lining on your muscles. I think the best way to accomplish this is to make sure you dont try to heave too much weight too fast. That's another important reason to trianing and staying consistent. I honestly didn't even read the FST (i also didnt claim that I did) but those were just some questions i wanted to help you think about before even looking at it. I'm sure there's some truth to the type of training. And I also think stretching and massageing muscles is important. Thats why Jamo included the foam rollers in his workotus. I dont know if you got a chance to look at them, but they're reaaaaaaaaaally good.

I've been busy with school, and I also did hit the lowest point in my life so far. I stopped training for like 2, 3 months? Something like that.

Haha. We realize you're only 17 bro, I too was that age once ;). You're just very driven by bodybuilding, which I can appreciate, and as such you want answers as soon as possible so you can incorporate the newly learned information into your routine.

The thing is though, that you can be very rude, inconsiderate and even very very impatient in some of your blogs. (if I'm mad enough I can get that way too!). I added you to MSN, I'm on right now. Stevers146@hotmail.com

The thing you have to keep in mind is consideration. Be considerate of other people's feelings. You have to consider how they would feel if you said something, and then decide whether or not you still want to say it. There are many things you can say in a different way so they aren't considered "rude" as well. Also, stop using caps lock. It is interpreted as YELLING whether you mean to or not (and I know your not stupid and I know you realize that, so keep that in mind)

I'll talk to you more on MSN :-p

hey man!! props!!!
