hi man you welcome,
you know that the triceps are bigger than the biceps so train them more that way your arms will get bigger in a short time and for your traps add an exercice for traps in the the back and shoulders routines(something like shrugs)
if you look for a new routine post a blog and jamo will help you keep up the hard work if you want progress

good luck and take care

Hey bro

3 working sets per exercise is plenty. Now the first exercise you do for a bodypart should include a few sets of warmup, where you start with a really light weight for high reps and keep increaseing the weight each set. You should never have to push yourself on teh warmup sets though, they're just to warmup the muscles and get them adjusted to heavier weight.

Hey bro, I really like workout A better. However, if you could do a rest day on Thursday I think you would benefit more.

So workout on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, then take Thursday off for rest, then Friday and Saturday.

However if you would rather free up your weekends then thats totally your call, but I feel having two rest days back to back is not as beneficial as having a rest day in the middle of the week.

I do biceps/triceps as their own workout on their own day. I do 3 exercises for each of them, and i do 3 sets 8-10reps for two exercises, and for the third exercise i do 3 sets of 12-15 reps.

about a 1.5 minute break for the 8-10rep exercises, and about 1 minute break for the 12-15.

Welcome to the MFT family Darren. Glad you're motivated, but you should be careful with your protein intake. 400g is simply way too much. I weight about 207lbs (so thats what, 86kg?) And i'm eating about 250-270g protein and I'm mostly muscle, about 8% bodyfat.

Too much protein can wreak havoc on your liver and can cause bad acne, so just be careful man.
