A Little About Me
name is darren , live in scotland , been weight training since 15 years old but did not include any form of diet until 16 , so i was basically in a horrible platue for years , but i have just turned 17 and my training and nutrition knowledge is at a new level , i have developed a program to target my weak points and my diet is perfect( around 400g protien , over 4000 kcal etc ) , i am on a gaining weight program , my goals are to build huge amounts of muscle , i took a break from bodybuilding at the start of 2008 because i felt i was maybe training far to hard at to young an age , but i am now naturally 6foot 1inch tall and 215lbs fairly lean , around 13% bodyfat , and i just want to get huge and build massive amounts of muscle NATURALLY !! my arms are definately my weak point,but i have finally found a routine that makes them grow, they use to measure 11inches and now they measure 15inches, my chest has always responded well to training and just recently i have eliminated all flat and decline movements in my chest routine and i only do incline movements as my upper chest is less developed than my mid and lower chest , my supplements currently consist of nutrisports protein and complex carbs, xl nutritions whey protein and aspire 40 protein bars and multi-vits and minerals and dorian yates creatine and calcium sups . PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL THE PICTURES IN THIS PAGE OF ME ARE OLD PICTURES , i am much bigger now , all the pictures i have posted on this profile are when i was 175-185lbs , i am now 215lbs thanks to MUTANT MASS xxx

GENETICALLY UN-GIFTED !!!!
Posted July 18th, 2008 by dazzaemm2k7If your anything like me ( genetically small arms ) or you just have problems in muscle growth , then you are desperate to gain muscle in your arms , and massive amounts of it , my arms measured a hugely pathetic 11inches before i started lifting weights, they now measure 14inches , which compared to my chest is still really small ( i have a 42inch chest ) , what i am wondering and i am asking for is your personal opinions on the best bicep, tricep and forearms exercises and routines , do you believe training biceps and triceps together is more effective ?
