A Little About Me
I am a 22 year old college student studying chemistry. I sit probabally close to the 20-24% body fat range, and I am energetic I can pick up exercises quickly im not lazy i just dont know what to do. That does not cause me to instill alot of confidence in the lifts I do perform "because they are picked by me just copying what others in the gym are doing. I am really trying to now that I am out of dorms and able to make healthy meals on my own to improve every facet of my life. I am trying to develope good food and workout habits to keep up with for the rest of my life.
When I Started Working Out
I started actually running everyday last summer. It died in the winter when i was sick for about 2 and a half months.How I Started
I was at home for the summer and really just got tired of being inbetween not fat but not fit either.Why I Love It

Goals
Main Goal
To develope a better understanding of nutrition and exercise techniques, as well as understand how to build a workout plan.Short Term Goal
I am running 4/5 days a week trying to drop some fat to give me the confidence to stay in the gym and sculpt muscles and develope those back muscles that help improve life.Long Term Goal
Drop to a healthy body fat percentage, incorperate all the vitamins and minerals my body needs into my diet, and build muscle strength and endurance.Bodyfat Goal
I am not sure what the best range is but perhaps closer to 8-9%Weight Goal
I am currently 5 ft 11 inchs and about 225 lbs. I am shooting for around 195-200 lbs I think with my larger bones this is a pretty ideal weight maybe alittle less.Favorites

Bodyparts (Yours)
Favorite that i have atm my back seems to be the strongest id like to keep it that way. I could care less about having a 6 pack but i do want to get a lot if not almost all fat off my chest and abs and replace the ab fat with muscle for a stronger core.
Exercises
Right now I run, bench press is my favorite, followed by rows, flys, curls, lat pull downs, pushups, curls, crunches, and sit-ups.
Healthy Foods
I eat alot of meats I am currently a very meat and potatoe kinda person. Want to work on getting veggies and fruits in there and taking potatoes and breads out replacing them with some rices and whatever else is a smart choice.
Not So Healthy Foods
Trying to kick sodas, breads, fried foods are almost over, fries.
Supplements
Currently not taking any but looking into relive.
Hobbies
I like watching a movie every other day with friends.Magazines
