Celebrity MASH UP - STALLONE

Jamo, what is up with Stallone man? I saw the new Rocky movie recently and I see that guy clean and press 225 like it was nothing. I mean it was a great movie, but seemed pretty damn unrealistic. Rocky is like 3 apples tall (5'6" or something) and he is supposed to beat on guys that are like 6'4 and 220lbs of shredded muscle??

well, denmark is kinda like hmmmmmm a bunch of everything, cold, hot, snowish, icey and looks like hmmm denmark?? haha i dont know...im fine with living here but i really dont wanna stay here forever...but denmark is pretty cool tho...come visit lol...

i've had fluid in my knee, couldnt work out, but im glad you can see progress lol, i was unhealthy for 3 weeks and didnt do much of anything hehehe....will hit the gym monday!

Not yet i play rock more now. Use to be in a band and we played stuff like old metallica slayer cradle of filth and stuff like that. But im actully getting into the studio here in the next couple weeks to start working on my first 12 song album the producer is cutting the price some for me cause im gonna have him play drums for me doing it alone so im doing drums bass guitar and depending on how good he can make me sound vocals hehe. But i told him since i havent played drums in a few years i migth have him do it and he said hell take a bunch of cash off if he is apart of it so it works both way. Its kinda like kiss meets nirvana with some pantera.... Once i get it all done ill post a link up somewhere if i host it somewhere.

Glad to be back out of my rut ehe. So glad for this site helps me keep going when im stuck..

Hey Dan,

Thanks for the note bud. I can tell u I feel so musch better now without smoking yet I still from time to time have to fight that urge to smoke. I've just started this week with my trainer to increase my cardio activity to make my lungs stronger. I will tell u this my sense of smell and taste of food is awesome!! Here's to another 6 months of not smoking!!
