school will open next week, so i'm gonna be busy handling my daughter's very first day at school too :-)

i recently turned 16 like 1 month ago... im 511 and way 165 lbs roughly
i have about 12 - 14 % body fat i guess but i mean i really just cant see my abs
after i work them out i can see them in the mirror and they look great after i flex them but i want free flowing abs all the time... i try everything... my diet is super clean and my cardio is sky rocketed
i run 2 miles 2x a day so 4 miles a day
i jump rope 10 minutes a day
i jump over my recycle bin 30x
i do 30 yard sprints up... and coming back i do high knees... repeat 5 -7x
and i finally do 5 hill runs (not a big hill but its what i got)
i workout everyday for about 1 - 2 hours
i get proper sleep (7-8 hours)
what do i need to do?
please help
