absoultely I will still train with you my man!!!
give me your weekly schedule so i can take a look at it.

Diet is very important, and staying active is just as important so you can maintain your bodys "memory".
If you would have to put an emphasis on one, I would actually say being active.... you can make healthier choices without having to be freak healthy.
Freak healthy will just be like a "can of whoop ass" for your body to make insane transformations when you feel you're ready. Ways to mix up your training and keeping it fun!!!

Keep us updated on your goals and current plans! It'll help to keep you track! And plan ahead for busy schedules... for me this whole week will be about eating as healthy as I can, and if i need a stress-reliever i'll go to the gym, but other than that im focusing on studies and not 'weight training' ...

You compete in Ironman competitions! Dude you have an awesome base to not just start with, but to continue headstrong with.
You can enjoy everything you want in life, even beer. The trick is to become educated because that helps you learn whats the healthiest choices and when those little choices add up, bam! you reach your goals. So thats it! Little steps!
