I am the current General Manager of True Protein, the leading manufacturer for protein and supplements for the health, nutrition, and bodybuilding industry. I have been with the company for over 3 years, and I am more than happy to answer any questions anyone may have regarding healthy supplementation and dieting!

I am happily married and just had a beautiful baby girl, they are absolutely the center of my universe. We are all horror movie fans, which anyone will tell you is a defining part of my personality. My hobbies include writing, playing the guitar, surfing, health and fitness, all forms of art, and film appreciation.

My Worst Injury

One time my bottom left wisdom tooth started coming through, so I thought it would be smart to chew on that side until it broke through the gum. Instead, it got infected, my face swole, and I had to have it surgically removed. Other than that, Im pretty much Wolverine.
