I've been in fitness my entire working career...what can I say, I love what I do and feel very blessed and fortunate to be able to make a consistent living from modeling, speaking, television, writing, and everything else I've been able to do over the years.

When I Started Working Out

started to compete in '88, so I guess that is when I got serious about developing my physique.
