A Little About Me

I am crazy in love with health and fitness! I believe that if one has the correct tools and confidence within anything is possible. I have been a life coach/personal trainer for 9 years and live for unexpected challenges. I own a private training studio Fitness together and love helping people gain quality of life. My moto I live by is "You must create the change you want to see" Everyday for me is an adventure...would you like to come along??
I have done fitness modeling competitions as well as hosting for an amazing company America's Fittest model. I hope to reach as many people possible so they too can feel the BURN! :)

When I Started Working Out

all the conditioning I did as a dancer in college really pulled me closer to Fitness and training my body correctly

Why I Love It

It feels good to be so comfortable in your own skin...naked or not!

How I Stay Motivated

I want to be an inspiration for others who struggle everyday w/ their body image

My Worst Injury

Broke my left ankle in college and rehab was very difficult!

I Would Love To Meet

I would love to meet all of the men and women in the "biz" that inspire me to do what I do. Getting to work w/ photographers and videographers I admire would be a dream come true!

Be on the cover of Oxygen Magezine! :) Mainly help men and women reach their fitness goals

Engage in all opportunities that have to do w/ fitness modeling as well as helping others w/ tools to push them in the right direction.
