Yeah, probably, I need exersices (weights) that allows you to develope both speed and endurance/strength/power...do u need to do high rep? lots of weights? low-weights? I just don't get it anymore...

so u are teh endurrance athlete..

Brian whats going on? Could you check out my nutrition log and check out a few days and let me know what you think? Particularly what do you feel I should be eating pre-bed? And how about post-workout? I am unsure if what I am doing is good or not. Thanks in advance!

Hey Brian! Just noticed that we are close neighbors! I live in the Twin Cities as well, except for right now as i'm in Asia, but will be back soon and wonder if you know of any good gyms in the Twin cities which aren't ridiculously priced. I want to join up as soon as I'm back!

Also, I will be backpacking for 4 months starting now and am wondering if you know of any good workouts to do to stay fit while traveling. I will be staying in hostels without much room to work out and obviously no gym. I will be doing lots of walking but I am worried that I will start to lose muscle..any suggestions?
