When I Started Working Out
At the age of 15 at a local YMCAHow I Started
My cousin inspired me to do it and I picked up some tips from him.Why I Love It
Bodybuilding has given me the oppertunity to live life to the fullest and has given me a chance to make my dreams come true. How I Stay Motivated
not sure...i guess making money with my body is one of the factors - I do feel great and that alone is motivation enough isnt it.My Worst Injury
Currently injured my left wrist during a breakdance performance - wait till u guys see a 220lbs bodybuilder do windmills - its wicked!
I Would Love To Meet
not sure on that yet..stay tuned - lol
Goals
Main Goal
To built my own training gym one day and train many clients.Short Term Goal
Do well in this Years SUPERBODY Contest in Miami - June 22 (my bday!)Long Term Goal
To continue educationg people about fitness and staying healthy and strong myself doing it.Bodyfat Goal
I was measured at 3.7 once at Golds in Venice - try to beat that this time for Superbody!Weight Goal
I dont go by weight - i judge by what the mirror tells me.Favorites
Bodyparts (Opposite Sex)
Legs and Ass (should I say Glutes -lol)
Bodyparts (Yours)
Arms - 21inches baby!
Exercises
All of em..except abs - hate doing abs
Healthy Foods
Sushi rules! - I will move to Japan if everything fails...lol
Not So Healthy Foods
I rather look at the amounts of food that could be unhealthy - not so much what it is - I eat about anything u can think of in moderation - now when it comes to contest times I rely on mainly rice and fish plus veggies
Supplements
Not many...use a cool fatburning product called DFINE right now which kicks ass - other then that..a good multi vitamin and mineral plus a balanced diet is all I need
Hobbies
Flying Helicopters (RC/Models) - currently own 6 of them that I built.Magazines
Ironman - Musclemag - and of course Muscle and Fiction -lol - for the pictures while I do cardio - I read FHM and Maxim sometimes as well as Popular Mechanics and mags on RC-Helicopters (I built em and fly them - currently have my retirement invested in them - lol)
Books
Ayn Rand - The Fountain Head - Atlas Shrugged
Workout Music
Dont listen to music when I train - too focused on counting my reps and comparing my training stats to each time I train -
