I'm a commercial real estate broker by day and a fitness competitor by night. I have been competing for the last year for Fitness America in the fitness model category. This upcoming year they asked me to do Musclemania and are going to promote me as their new up and coming bodybuilding star. Hopefully I can put on the muscle by then!
When I Started Working Out

Can't really say. Everyone suffers injuries occassionally if you workout enough. I usually ignore them and work through the pain.

I basically eat clean year round. No bulking up offseason for me full of junk. I would have to say I never seem to get tired of turkey burgers ever since an ex gave me her recipe!

Cheesecake. I only use it for lloading prior to a show or photo shoot though.
Supplements
Nano Vapor and Anabolic Halo. I get a ridiculous pump with Nano Vapor and the Halo helps me recover quicker.

First Bodybuilding Show Training Diary Week 3 and 4
Posted January 12th, 2009 by Bobby AshhurstIt's been pretty busy with the holidays and moving so I wasn't able to post last week so I'll make sure to include both weeks in this one. The past couple of weeks have been up and down. It always seems difficult to keep your focus when your show is still so far out but you have to find it in yourself to suck it up and get done what needs to be done.
Week 3:
I've kept my workouts, supplements and diet the same the past two weeks and I have been able to put on some size since then.
Sunday:
