It depends. Your split is very common e.g. push and pull, and I use it sometimes – but sparingly - I prefer more of a antagonist split for several reasons. But back to your question about volume, I would stay in the lower volume range if chest and tris are trained on the same day. The same would apply to Back and Bis but when it comes to calves I would not take the stress from thigh training in consideration and apply I higher volume. This is however if you use mainly basic movements during your workout and not too many isolation exercises, that would make the direct stress on the secondary muscles less and a higher volume would be considered. I would also, to complicate it a bit for you ;-) take muscle development and training experience in consideration. I hope this clears things up a bit for you? Or else just give me a holler!

You can get maltodextrin from any health food shop , if you can't get it im sure you can google it around your area ..if there is not chance , you can always try any lemonade powder drink its the same ... now as far as dosage you need 2 g per Kg of bodyweight after working out for ful recovery and glycogen replenition .
