Im 37, soon to be 38 age is irrelevant I still act 13 ha ha ha ha. Awful sense of humopur as I am merciless.
Used to be a rugby olayer but alas cant partake in any active sports now as I had a car crash a couple of years back that eans my leg cant take impact, but it doesnt stop me in the gym Im glad to say

My car crash has wiped out the stability of my right leg, it means anything that involves impact eventualy stops the messages getting through, its kinda funny tho as people dont believe me until I try running and then it looks like the battery is dieing in my leg only!!!
I Would Love To Meet
Paula Radcliffe: the woman has true grit and determination. To run and win as many marathons as she has and with asthma that would have made most people not even try.
She makes the total sacrifice and even puts dignity aside to deliver the job in hand. She in my mind is a total inspiration and definition of dedication

A new profile a new beginning
Posted December 29th, 2007 by BFGWell after a 2 month lay off from the gym and healthy eating its time to kick my arse back into gear. Yo yoing is not good and I want to keep momentum for good now.
Christmas is coming to an end and the cupboards are being laid bare. The diet plan is stuck on the stores cupboard door, as is my inspiration piccy of Jamo. But the true inspiration is be the best at me and not aspiring to someone else as its my philosphy, my time constraints, my limitations and my body.

Hi there people. Just joined up as it looks a great honest fitness site not over indulging in bad advice and getting bogged down in the minutia.
I used to be a fat guy for years over 250lbs, managed to shed all that sustainably and get down to my first ever 6 pack from a size 40 to a size 30 waiste. Then went about adding some muscle back, kinda stalled at the second as I have limitations so have to add the weight on slowly as my CV is limited to the structure of my weight training routine rather than traditional CV activity. That and life means my training has to be an extreme efficient use of time.
Open to new ideas and will question any method to death to gain a better understanding
