A Little About Me
I am an Elementary School Teacher. I love being outdoors doing EVERYTHING & ANYTHING. I'm proud to be a Tri-Fitness Athlete ( www.trifitnesschallenge.com). Some of my favourite things to do are to watch movies,spend time with family & friends,watch sunsets,hang out at the beach. I compete in Obstacle Course Racing Events/Fitness Skills(bench press-shuttle run-box jumps). I favour intense traditional weight training sessions/ Yoga&Pilates/ gymnastics/running on beach as well as nature trails/Biking - indoors and outdoors / like playing basketball / tennis / volleyball/ golfing /shooting pool/ Team Handball /skiing /kayaking / water skiing /snorkelling ...absolute favourite when visiting Florida; '2'hr Sprint&Conditioning wouts on Sat.mornings with Coach Al & all the amazing tri-fitness female/male athletes!
