So what are you goals?
Going from 15 down to 10% bodyfat, and getting to 170lbs?

How do you plan on going about doing that? Its very important when making goals to ensure they are
Specific, Measurable, Attainable, and Time bound.
Yours are specific. (Non-specific would be a goal like: "Get leaner, build more muscle", theres no quantitative aspect to it)
Your goals are certainly measurable. ALl you need is a weight-scale and one of the many tools to measure your bodyfat.
Attainable, your goals are realistic, but now we need a time frame :D

How quickly do you want to attain your goals?

And then what steps do you plan on taking? I myself would set sub-goals. Which goal do you want first? To hit 170? Or to get down to 10%?
