A Little About Me
Whats up every one my names bobby i am from PA.. I just got into the healthy lifestyle in 06'. All my life I was in and out of trouble and my eating habits were just as bad. I looked into the mirror and decided I had to make a change in my life... I was 225 pounds and my body fat was out of control...needless to say i made some big changes! I love life man and love my new lifestyle!! def something I will continue for ever ever day I set new goals for myself and always achieve them!!!!
I do know what i am talking about to a certain extent i am no doctor but I know what works and does not work for me! Ill be happy to give any one advice seeking it and answer any questions that come to me! I am a firm believer in showing or leading by example so I will not preach what I don't practice ya got me!!
When I Started Working Out
septmeber 15th 2006 started lifting december/january 06-07How I Started
Well I was way out of shaped and I wanted to change my whole lifestyle so I did it! I quit smoking, drinkng, partying, hangin wit the crowd your parents tell you to shy away from and thats that! My girlfriends brothers were also a big part of my weight lifting and dieting knowledge they taught me and showed me the proper ways. So I just took the torch and ran with it, you can say. I started doing cardio and light weight lifting a few days a week and ate every two hours and shredded off the fat! Eventually I started lifting more and more and more breaking down each day doing an individual body part (i.e shoulders or back or chest and so on). I continued my eating but every three hours now, and a bit more calories! :-)Why I Love It
