Well first i did not have the knowledge i do now, but i was eating around 2000 per day.. basically i wanted the weight (muscle and fat) to come off as quick as possible.. yes 230 to 165.. i was lean and mean but since i dieted WRONG i lost tons of muscle, (and i only had very little muscle to start) i was only eating 20 grams protein and 20 to 30 grams of carbs and 0 fat every two hours i was killing myself.

no with what i know you need more protein and healthy fats plus carbs while dieting.
about 1 gram per pound of your body weight for carbs and 1.5 to 2 grams per pound of body weight for protein

after i was 165 i was to little and wanted to become a body builder and with the help of Will. i . Am and Steve they got me into it! so i have put on 45 to 50 pounds of weight and still fairly lean, if i were to guess... 10 to 15 pounds of the 45 to 50 were fat so i put on alot of muslce..

now i currently eat 40 to 50 protein per meal and 60 carbs and 10 to 20 fat.. i eat about 8 times a day and only one of thoes meals DOES NOT have carbs.. so thats about 1.5 to 2 grams of carbs per pound per day

when i start to diet in april i will kepp protein the same and lower carbs slowly down to 1 gram per pound roughly..
