Hey bro, you've definitely got the right mindset when it comes to research for weight training and nutrition; I can tell that if you combine that with a high intensity and a willingness to train the right way, you're going to get amazing results very fast. [[ I say a willingness to 'train the right way' because quite a few people that I talk to "know" how to train, but despite knowing the right way, they still train wrong by using momentum, taking far too long of breaks, talking with others in the gym between every single set >< ]]

thank you for clearing that up because i was under the impression that you were deliberately trying to attack me and make me look like stupid , just want to say one thing = you said mentioned something like how can you expect me to show you respect when you have disrespected the person who said not to train forearms , i didnt mean to disrespect the person , and i realise now after reading it that it was ignorant and insensitive of me to say it was non-sense , i wont make that mistake again , thanks for the constructive criticism , because as a result i have learned from it ;) ps i just want to point out that i was not targeting a perticular person , you mention jamo's name quite a few times which i dont understand , i have no memory of jamo saying this ( he probably did , i am not denying it but ) i just remember SOMEONE saying it , i couldnt remember who , so definately dont say that i was disrespecting jamo because that is the last thing that i was doing , anyway , thanks m8 but just try and remember the next time you critisise someone try and show them a little respect , even though they might be being disrespectful , just be the bigger man because it makes you look like the maturer one , making jokes and sarcasm brings you down to their level ! also cut me some slack man , are you trying to say that you have never ever in your life diagreed with someones methods of training and said something disrespectful ( accidentally ) , imagine if someone was saying that they eat over 800g protein and they train biceps 4 times a week , you are saying that you wouldnt think this was nonsense ??? well thats how i feel about not training forearms , i just cant understand how people wouldnt train forearms , if you dont train forearms then why dont you not train biceps , because your biceps get worked when you train back ???? You're right, I did not mean to make my blog sound offensive but in re-reading it I realize how it could easily be taken as such; my apologies. I suppose I just wanted to get across the point that in training my forearms specifically by themselves they have grown much faster than if I had never dedicate exercises to them, but even though i agree with you , i feel slightly insulted by your aproach to telling me this , i feel the comments about gay bars were un-necisery and the sarcasm was also un-necisery,i take this as a lack of respect and in this world i consider respect very important , i feel you have shown me no respect in you , laughing aproach to correcting me , just lettin you know that i am slightly offended by your approach to the "positive" criticism !!

Well first i did not have the knowledge i do now, but i was eating around 2000 per day.. basically i wanted the weight (muscle and fat) to come off as quick as possible.. yes 230 to 165.. i was lean and mean but since i dieted WRONG i lost tons of muscle, (and i only had very little muscle to start) i was only eating 20 grams protein and 20 to 30 grams of carbs and 0 fat every two hours i was killing myself.

no with what i know you need more protein and healthy fats plus carbs while dieting.
about 1 gram per pound of your body weight for carbs and 1.5 to 2 grams per pound of body weight for protein

after i was 165 i was to little and wanted to become a body builder and with the help of Will. i . Am and Steve they got me into it! so i have put on 45 to 50 pounds of weight and still fairly lean, if i were to guess... 10 to 15 pounds of the 45 to 50 were fat so i put on alot of muslce..

now i currently eat 40 to 50 protein per meal and 60 carbs and 10 to 20 fat.. i eat about 8 times a day and only one of thoes meals DOES NOT have carbs.. so thats about 1.5 to 2 grams of carbs per pound per day

when i start to diet in april i will kepp protein the same and lower carbs slowly down to 1 gram per pound roughly..
