A Little About Me
5'9" 242, love weights and pretty girls LOL
Currently living in Florida, and working as a computer networking and fiber optics troubleshooting and installation tech
squat routine-135 8, 225 8, 315 8, 405 8, 495 8-10, then lighter sets
bench-135 8, 225 8, 315 10, 365 5, 405 2 (not as good as squats dammit LOL!)
(Gotta run, I'll add more later if anyone's reading this!)When I Started Working Out
senior year, high schoolHow I Started
due to a lot of external factors, including my own self conscious tendencies, hot girls, and just a craving to be big and strongWhy I Love It
It makes me feel better about myself, gets me more attention, makes me look better and feel powerfulHow I Stay Motivated
motivation is always there, I've never been without it, like I mentioned, it's those external factors that caused me to startMy Worst Injury
Luckily, I've never had anything real bad. I had a broken ankle, no surgery required, cast for 5 weeks, then I was doing heavy reps right after. I tore a tendon in my pinky finger, LOL, when I was 19, was told not to lift on it for a month, did anyway, ruptured it again. It was the flexor tendon, so I cannot grasp with it, but has never been a problem. It did cause me to shy away from hoops a bit though.
I Would Love To Meet
Off the top of my head, any interesting person. It's nice too when you meet someone who likes some of the same things you do. I like meeting people who like weights, powerlifting, and bodybuilding as much as me.
Goals
Main Goal
to be as happy as I can be, and to be the best I can beShort Term Goal
Right now I have my short term leg(squat) goal of a 585 for 1 squat. My short term bench goal is to just keep it comin'. In terms of physique, I like the way I look right now. There's always room for improvement though. I could lean up a bit but it doesn't worry me right now. No comp, and I think I look fine with my shirt off. Nice and big LOL. I've never competed but that might really be some fun some day. I have a friend who wants me to start competing in both powerlifting and bodybuilding.Long Term Goal
Who knows. To be as strong and big as I can be. Benching 500 without a competition shirt like my buddy sounds nice. As for squat I don't know. I like well developed legs, so I'd like to keep pushing those weights.Bodyfat Goal
hard to say, I get a little bloated when adding mass and trim when cutting, a lot of varience there.Weight Goal
Hard to say.Favorites
Bodyparts (Opposite Sex)
I like legs, butt, boobs. All of 'em drive me crazy. Nice legs and butts in spandex is where it's at.
Bodyparts (Yours)
legs-It's funny, when I was a kid, they were the least developed thing I had. Then when I got into high school, they started getting bigger, then I lifted with 'em pretty hard. IMO, they are by far the best and most developed things I have.
Exercises
Favorites are bench press (flat barbell), and free weight squat. Well, squats aren't fun LOL, but I really like what they do.
Healthy Foods
turkey subs, tuna fish out of the can, milk
Not So Healthy Foods
On more than one occasion I've been known to pig out on burger king cheeseburgers and fries. As long as my blood work comes back ok, I'm down with it.
Supplements
I put it in the first topic I posted on. Read the Stallone BUSTED in OZ story if you can find it on here. I googled the topic, found that and posted on it. That's how I was lead to this site. I also like creatine, and lots of whey protein shakes.
Hobbies
watching movies, lifting, women, beaches, having fun with friendsMagazines
I'm not a big magazine reader though I don't mind picking up a People magazine every once in a while, or something of that type to see what kind of stuff the stars are getting into. Some bodybuilding mags are cool.
Books
I'm not a big reader, I used to love Stephen King books though.
Workout Music
Whatevers playing in the gym which kinda stinks. My headphones used to always get in the way of my lifting so I stopped. I kinda want to start again though.

Why thank you! There's more to some people than meets the eye. Sometimes you just have to go for it and clear your own path.
Awwh man that's funny LOL. Thanks!
You too beautiful.
Thanks for visiting MonaLiza! You're welcome!
