Very simple exercise
Posted August 15th, 2007 by Andyvsyou got a min to spare, well this is an exercise you could do anywhere anytime
only thing u need is yourself and some kinda pants/shorts with side pockets.
put your hands in your pockets and push your hands outwards for about 30sec
thighten your chest and push your bellybutton towards your spine. this should
train both chest and triceps abit.
after the 30sec are over take your hands out of the pockets and just lett them hang next to your waist;
they'll automaticaly rise(abit like they're floating) it a real funny feeling.
