A Little About Me
I am originally from Germany. I had moved close to 10 years ago now. A lot is different in California, but one thing seems to be the same all around the world - The acknowledgement that exercising is important and should become a lifestyle not only to achieve Health but Happiness. I live a very regular but active life, which seems to be a must when trying to achieve the most balanced body. Regular excercise and a strict diet determine my schedule. My "normal" (thats what I call people that don't do anything) friends consider me excessive and difficult. Which of course if the furthest from the truth - I am just dedicated. And just because I don't eat at fastfood restaurants and go bar hopping, doesn't make me any less fun.
There is a clear misunderstaning of excercise and dieting/nutrition that 99% of people have. I think this is a great time and place to educate!! ;)When I Started Working Out

I like a lot of lean big mass on a guy, since I am not a very petite girl....so overall symmetry is extremely important. Can't be huge on top and small on the bottom and vice versa.

Exercises
Working out my Arms would be my favorite. I have long arms so I can stress them hard without getting too bulky. Also really enjoy a very exhausting Leg Workout. I have very muscular legs and they can take quite the beating. Nothing more rewarding than feeling a good burn when walking out of the gym.
Healthy Foods
My favorite are my own creation of Protein pancakes. They are easy to pre-cook and have ready for where ever I may have to go.
