I am 28 years old and l live in Los Angeles, CA. I am a second year Fitness competitor, model and Exercise Therapist. I have a background in gymnastics, dance, circuit training, injury prevention, posture alignment and I enjoy motivating others to live a healthy, active, pain-free lifetstyle!
When I Started Working Out

My mother put me in dance when I was 3 years old! From that point on, I have always been involved in some sort of physical activity... whether it is dance, gymnastics, flying trapeze, hula hooping, belly dancing or lifting weights!Why I Love It

I dare you!
Posted February 1st, 2009 by Amber NimedezI dare you to step out of your comfort zone and try something new this week. Instead of doing your cardio on the treadmill, run outside! Instead of going out to dinner, have a picnic! Grab some of your best friends and take a yoga class! I challenge you to step into the unknown and give your body a new type of stimulus. Change will do wonders for your mind, body and soul...
