Muscle growth and concerns about lifting weight
Posted August 13th, 2008 by 03hammondthey, i was wondering if you could give me any advice about the kinds of
things i should be eating for muscle growth etc, and also help me with
my concerns. I'm always nervous when lifting any weight that im going to
hurt myself. I'm only sixteen but i'm still quite thin but i was born 10
weeks pre- mature. Can i only lift light weights or medium weights and still
get toned and increase muscle size. sorrry bit of a rant but thats my
concern.
