I want to add supplements to my training routine can someone help me.
Posted September 2nd, 2008 by nupekdI want to add supplemts to my training routine. I usually do body weight exercises everyday, run three times a week and lift weights once a week. I do this to improve my performance in BJJ.
The objectives for my training are to increase stamina, improve muscle endurance, and increase energy.
I'm looking to start taking the following supplements made by BSN:
Axis-HT
Nitrix
Cellmass
N.O.-Xplode
Are these supplements a good place to start or should I look at a different brand?
