I ran my first 10k today and my goal was to do it in under 60 minutes. Well...my gun time was 58:34 but...my chip time was...55:41. God it hurt but crossing the line seeing 58 above my head was a fabtastic feeling!
Amazing! I feel so exhilerated and spurred on. Thanks to everyone who gave me tips on my blog. I ate porridge - thanks, I drank every 15 minutes and I finished strong! You guys know who you are that gave me those pieces of advice.
