This time it's a question:
Do cardio activities realy slow down you're body from building muscle and does it realy burn muscle as fast as they say it does?
I've been wondering this because now i'm starting to workout again for ganing muscle mass, nice my summer holidays from school are over. It seems that my bodyfat increases faster then my lean body mass, meaning, my bodyfat percentage will increase. So now i wanted to add maybe 20 minutes of cardio per training to keep my bodyfat at bay..
