Ok What I did get myself into ! A client of mine approached me and asked if I knew about Bikram yoga . My answer was " Yeah Hot Yoga right ! where bunch of people get together in a room and sweat their butts of !!" She said Nope , its more than that and its completely different than hot yoga . I was like ok ..why you asking me this ?
