is the minimum body fat percentage a guy can have and still be healthy.I have been searching and I believe it is 5-8% but I could be wrong.The reason I am asking is I can't really decide on a weight goal,I thought I would pick a body fat percentage and go for it.I thought I would set the goal as the minimum and then work toward it;if I liked the way I looked at a certain percentage I would stay at that.
