I haven;t been on MFT for a while now because i've been so busy with school and work and training but i took the advice here and did the workouts as well as followed the meal plans. I have to say i've seen the results.
Now i'm not gna lie and say it was easy cos i had 2 give up white rice but the results have been quite great in around 2 months, my muscle defnition is back to normal and i hardly ever get muscle fatigue which is new to me.
I jus wanted to say a thank you to everybody contributing on this site.
