Body for Life

I have decided to do the Body for Life challenge,hoping it will help keep me motivated to reaching my goals.I have started today actually and also I have started the diet Jamo created for me.It took a little time you know with waiting for pay day and bills but I finally have everything to begin the meal plan.My goal now is to be about 215-220 with 5% body fat if that is possible.Eventually I plan on joining the Air Force Reserves and I would like to be in the best possible shape before and not after I join.So let the challenge begin.
