Goals

I think this is probably an overlooked but very important part of not only a fitness or bodybuilding program but also for everyday life. i read once that without goals you were like a ship with no rudder just drifting with no direction. So lets hear how everyone sets up their goals short term, long term and not just for fitness but in life. Do you look at your goals each day do you keep them in journal?
