Ive lost 8 pounds so far since doing jamos program....Thanks thanks thanks thanks ha ha....i went to the Y and i was shocked ...so i checked tha scale with a dumbell lol....mainly i can see a huge difference in my calfs...i have that separation ive wanted now....and i noticed more defintions from side tricep to back tricep...idk if any1knows what im talkin about but yeah thats what i notices...and i can c my upper and middle abs better now....now i just need to work on the lower ...and when i lift more veins pop out now in my arms......just thot id share all this with some1 ha ha....can any1
