Realistic goals for body fat loss competition

Some of my friends are starting a "biggest loser" type competition. Instead of overall weight loss, they are focusing more on body fat loss. All participants are female, age ranging from 25 to 30. Now for individual goals, what would be realistic for each person? Lets say in a 2 month time frame. Different body types react differently to exercise, I want to be able to help each person set realistic goals. Anyone have anything they can throw out here?
