We put out the word that we wanted to give members of our community a chance to come meet the crew and participate in our video exersise video segments. We were excited to hear that one of our members screen name Mayhem decided to come join us. She is here at the film shoot getting first had personal training will we are filming with Jamo, Julien and Ves.Mayhem is going to perform a lying leg extention and a bonus lying leg curl exercise with Jamo training, oh feel the pain.
