How much protein per meal?

It’s hard to know exactly how much protein you need to eat per meal. Some people know ounces of chicken, steak, fish etc…and protein grams by simply eyeballing it. But a good rule for you individually is to look at the size of the palm of your hand. The ideal meat protein serving per meal is approximately the same size and thickness as the palm of your hand (not including fingers and thumb of course). You should try and have that serving of protein 3-5 times per day, with no more than 3-4 hours between meals.Then you don’t really need to worry about exact grams.
