I have done my research and have decided to give hany rambods FST-7 training method a go because after all what do i have to loose lol ! i am starting to feel bored with my training and i feel like trying something new , something that will shock my muscles and something that i have never done before :) and i have heard a lot about fascia stretch training.
I know that right now as we speak jay cutler and phil heath are under going the fst-7 training system for the 09 olympia :) as well as many many more top and amatuer bodybuilders across the world ;)
