Well guys(and gals), The last month I have been on a "rotating carb" diet, where for 3 days I completely cut out carbs, and then on the 4th or 5th day I will have a day where I eat complex carbs...I have lost about 9 LBS and cut back a percent or two on body fat on this diet, but I do not see this being a great long term solution, as well as that I feel either like headaches for 3 or 4 days, or I am sleepy on carb day.
