Hi MFT, Happy New Year to you all, I was wondering if you guys know what are the ideal body measurements for our body parts? How do we know that our body parts are proportional? What are some ratios or formulas that help us calculates this data. From what I know the chest-to-waist ration is 1.618 which is the golden ratio which is hard to achieve. The waist-to -chest ratio should be 0.7 or less to be considered very fit. Thight-to-calve ratio is 1.63. Steve Reeves says that the neck, arms, and calves should be measured the same to be proportional. Is this true?
