Go big or go home... how many times have you heard that?....Who actually sticks to it?

I decided to create this group "Power Corner," to help us stay on top of each other and hold one another accountable for workouts, especially because there are some days that you want to quit and others where you could have gotten that last rep out if you had somebody pushing you. This will also be a great to list and keep track of each others routines.

First off I would just like to thank those of you who have allready joined the Power Circle. It's my intention to make sure each and everyone of you has a head start on this up and coming holiday season. I want to make sure each and everyones goals are set, anyone with questions on setting goals feel free to post me a message or a blog on the groups page. Everyone should have up to this point in time some sort of goal in mind, it's now time to put those goals in high gear and get a head start on this holiday season with an 8 -week program of their own.

What is wellness?

I came across this in a book I have been reading and wanted to share the definition. This will be a goal of mine to achieve. When I first read this it really made me pause and think. Enjoy:
Complete wellness is a lifestyle. It asks you to take responsibility for how you live and the choices you make. Wellness means taking an active role in improving every aspect of your life to achieve a productive, healthy lifestyle.

Big Week

Huge week for me and my wife we had the triplets graduate from kindergarten (what a ceremony!!) and our oldest daughter Ashleigh graduated a year early from high school. She is headed to UT and we couldn't be prouder of her and all the hard work she has put into her education.

Goals

I think this is probably an overlooked but very important part of not only a fitness or bodybuilding program but also for everyday life. i read once that without goals you were like a ship with no rudder just drifting with no direction. So lets hear how everyone sets up their goals short term, long term and not just for fitness but in life. Do you look at your goals each day do you keep them in journal?
