All the above are great for you, but personally, it depends on what stage of training i'm at that determins the type of activity. Obviously I wouldn't go riding a bike for 45 mins everyday if i'm trying to gain weight... which I am. lol

my belly's not stickin out, you think i cant jogg 10 miles ?????? i train 3 - 4 times a day..between kickboxing and weight drills...nevermind, i don like to argue on the internet, cause u keep talkin to shit to each other, and come up with absolutely no solution...have a greatt day.

Why are you in any way insulted by Kevin??? According to your profile you are 16, so doubtful you are in the Navy???

I by the way am a Marine and am the first to admit that the Navy has some fit and tough dudes man. That is on old cadence just for bravado. Trust me I'm sure the other branches have cadences saying some crap about the other.

And I disagree with your comment about talking trash and no solution. This site is full of great information and inspration. I mean where else do you get trainers and pro athletes giving you freee meal plan and workouts???????

And if you are training 3-4 times a day how do you haveanytime to be on the internet????

and for the one who thinks i dont have any time, i do have time, thats cause am organized person, well, maybe not with my room lol haha,i wake up at 5 or 6 am and jog, between 6 and 8 miles
at 9 am or 10 i (depending on the day) i might go for some greco roman wrestling drills or go for a kickboxing / muay thai workout, and rest for several hours
at some PM time i go lift
and at night i do some light stretching exersices, and flexibility i have plenty for HW, or other stuff...see ya guys..
and sorry again lol.

I think these poll results will be skewed. You're not mentioning what your goals are. If im cutting, then im going to want to do "One of the above, and have a protein shake."

but right now I'm bulking, so for me its just a protein shake.
