I would have to agree with POD on this one, sure I use supplements to help me along the way. However, I treat them just as that a way to supplement what I may not be getting through my regular nutrition. Sometimes I tend to not eat the greatest, so I make sure to take a multivitamin to ensure that all my needs are being met. While other times I may need to add some protien to a meal that may be lacking, which is when I may decide to have a protein shake to help substitute what is missing from the meal. For me supplements are not a way of life, yet a way for me to continue to make the lifestyle change that makes me healthy. Remember nothing can take the place of real food, and a balanced approach to regular nutrition is the best way to improve your physique
