Through her continuous education and vast knowledge of the latest research in the field of sports psychology, exercise theory and exercise science, Ozzie is an expert on the connection between the spiritual mind, body and performance, "performance" from a sport perspective as well as an individual's success in the unpredictable game of life.

How I Started In Health and Fitness
I started working out very young, if you call running around the house ("like a maniac" as my mom would say) when I was a toddler working out...well, I was burning a lot of calories. So I guess that counts right :) I began my career in the business world working for a healthy lifestyle magazine on the business side selling ad space. I soon discovered that I was on the wrong side of the industry, I wanted to be in the trenches helping people reach their fitness goals first hand. Following that epiphany there was no turning back.
Why I Love It
Working out forces me to challenge myself mentally and physically. When the workout is over I feel like I have the strength to do anything!
How I Stay Motivated
I stay motivated by always focusing on a goal whether that is the next competition or mastering a difficult yoga pose.
