1. What two words best describe your build/physique/figure? Why?: Lean Machine. Because I stay lean year round with no cardio and a lot of people hate me because of this…ha-ha.
2. What part of your body deserves to be honored in the “Physique Hall of Fame?” Why?: My abs. I keep 'em diced year round.
3. When did you first realize your body was sexy, appealing or exemplary?: When I first looked in a mirror a couple of years ago.
4. In the quiet moment before you begin a workout, what’s the first thing that goes through your mind? And what is the last thing that goes through your mind as you conclude a workout?: The first thing: Time to go to that special place and get crazy. Of course, I have to have my earphones blaring some White Zombie or Godsmack. The last thing: Yep, Arnold was right – a pump in the gym is just like having sex and… Uhhh, you know the rest, ha-ha!
5. Who is your physique/fitness idol or role model, and what body part would you steal from that person for a day?: Frank Zane. He was ripped and had a awesome overall physique. Of course, his legs were awesome. My legs suck. So yeah, I want his legs...from his prime, of course.
6. Who or what inspires you to accept the daily challenge of building your physique/figure?: To not look like everyone else. Who wants to be average or look average? We all wanna look good and feel good. So I wanna look the best I can for myself. I like it and I love the way it looks. And the extra attention from the females is always a plus.
7. If someone wrote a book or song about your body, what would it be called?: “The Playground”
8. Your name appears as an option on a restaurant menu, and you order the dish/beverage. What food/drink does the waiter deliver to your table?: The beverage would have to be a Monster energy drink.
9. What would a talking mirror say about your body if you stood naked in front of it?: “You again???”
10. If you received the ultimatum: workout or die— but your other favorite thing was simply too hard to resist— what is that one other thing you love (besides loved ones, family, friends, etc.) so much that you would actually choose it over your “final workout?”: MySpace...could I see if I got any comments??? Ha-ha!
