1. What two words best describe your build/physique/figure? Why?
Flowing and that the hard work is evident. I have good balance from top to bottom and front to back and have put in a lot of hard work to achieve that.
2. What part of your body deserves to be honored in the “Physique Hall of Fame?” Why?
My quads. For a true natural bodybuilder I have had some of the best legs at every competition I’ve entered. I also won a “Best Wheels” trophy.
3. When did you first realize your body was sexy, appealing or exemplary?
When I was posing on the streets of New York and women were coming out of restaurants and stores to watch and whistle.
4. In the quiet moment before you begin a workout, what’s the first thing that goes through your mind? And what is the last thing that goes through your mind as you conclude a workout?
Before a workout, I think about the opportunity I have to make improvements, that there are champions who are defined by their intensity and work ethic, and that I will put everything on the line to become a champion. After a workout, I feel a sense of accomplishment because I know I laid it all out on the line and had a successful workout.
5. Who is your physique/fitness idol or role model, and what body part would you steal from that person for a day?
Rich Gaspari. a body part I would like to borrow would be his shredded glutes. Overall I admire his conditioning and work ethic and they both go hand in hand.
6. Who or what inspires you to accept the daily challenge of building your physique/figure?
The desire to be great. I push myself to become the best I can be and can’t imagine doing it any other way.
7. If someone wrote a book or song about your body, what would it be called?
"What Makes GREATNESS”
8. Your name appears as an option on a restaurant menu, and you order the dish/beverage. What food/drink does the waiter deliver to your table?
The “Brian Burger” would be a two-pound hamburger. It would have lettuce, tomato, ketchup, and onions. You also get a medal for finishing it.
9. What would a talking mirror say about your body if you stood naked in front of it?
There wouldn’t be much talking, just a lot of “ooh’s” and “ahh’s” and a lot of whistling mixed in.
10. If you received the ultimatum: workout or die— but your other favorite thing was simply too hard to resist— what is that one other thing you love (besides loved ones, family, friends, etc.) so much that you would actually choose it over your “final workout?”
I really can’t see myself missing a scheduled workout for anything that my loved ones aren’t involved in. They all know how dedicated I am and wouldn’t expect me to pass up a training session. I’m not about to miss a workout to have a scoop of ice cream or a bite of a hamburger ;)
