rest time

for me one day works the best as i feel my body can adapt to recover in one day so i feel that im wasting the second day if i rest for 2days.

bout 48 hours from work out to work that same body part but jus train that part once per week or what ever you do.. but as far as training different muscle groups 24 hours of rest is fine IMO!

and as always, that's just my opinion. ;)

Try to spread our your big days. for example, you seperate legs a few days apart from back. why?
well in order to correctly stimulate legs, you should do compound exercisesa like squats. Now, with squats, you cannot do a squat without using your back, and in fact, using it a lot. ANd with lots of other leg exercises, such as stiff leg dead lift. I don like calling this STRAIGHT leg dead lift because you should NEVER lock out your knees (corret me if im wrong magnus =))...
so you should give these areas plenty of time to rest, seeing as how they're worked regardless everyday just to support you. =)

2 days rest is only for two things: laziness or when you did a crazy insane workout and your body really needs that time :)

or when...
