JAMO, I need your help. Last year I decided to start working out and my weight droped from 321 to 232 lbs which is great. But, 3 months ago, my body seemed to have stopped responding to anything I do, from lifting to cardio to diet. I can send my before and after pics and I'd greatly appreciate it.

Your body is at a complete state of maintenance. It knows exactly how much fuel it needs to get through the day and it isn't shocked enough to make anymore valid changes. I have a client currently that is at the 143lb weight loss mark and we did encounter a difficult stage after the 80lb loss mark. What we did differently was food and weight training. Give me a rough idea of what your current workout regimine is and what a DAY of eating would consist of. When you lose as much as you have you consistently have to also change habits. Such a BIG DEAL how far you have come.... very inspirational! Hope to hear back from you. Keep up all of your hard and determined work.
Sincerely,
