Any ski lovers out there? Hopefully there are. If so, do you do any specific workouts/lifts/exercises in preparation for the season or during the season?

Follow Jamcore training system for beginner for 4 weeks , then the intermediate for another 4 weeks and you will notice a great improvement in your core functional strenght ..most of the exercises are put together to help you for any sport . there more routine bases on the system with diffferent and more creative exercises as we evolve ..but for now learn the system and then we go from there
