Kickboxing / Muay Thai EnthusiastsAm here, not only for the sole purpose of bodybuilding, but am here to tell YOU for a fact the bodybuilding, and how it has devided into so many diferent drills, that you can do, that will match a, for example, a soccer player need goos leg strength, yet not grow muscle but keep it firm and have that white twitch fibres for speed sprints, and a track star need good upper body for mascular balance, by that way you need to do high repition, otherwise, like my self, a Kickboxer or as a mixed martial arts cage fighter, needs total muscle stamina/endurance, circuit training and bodybuilding along with high reptition is certainly ideal, when someone hears bodybuilding, he/she looks at size, bulk, and VERY low fat percentage, but no, bodybuilding as for weight training is a great way to keep you body lean and fit, just do the research friend and you will know what is best suited for you, bodybuilding has always been a must ever since the 80s for every athlete, its simple, easy, and fun.
