When it all boils down, at least I can say I've improved.
edit: wow I got tan already, huh? its all good, vitamin d is good for calcium absorption :)

I'd say you got a grat increase of muscle, while maintaining your low bodyfat! .. that's not easy ;) respect...
i see a good increase in the back's v-shape and a good increase in arms, shoulders and abs. However, is it just the pose? cuz i doesn't look like the chest has changed much, except the outer parts of it ?

yeah honestly my chest has
yeah honestly my chest has gotten a lot stronger since then but it hasn't grown a lot (almost 3 times as stronger, I have no measurements for size though) My chest is still disproportionately small to the rest of my body...Also, some of it is the pose, and since I'm spreading my lats my chest is also getting stretched out over a wider area. But, there's really no excuses, i just need to get my chest bigger and stronger.
edit: also the lat spread makes my traps look non-existant, instead of just small like they normally are...again, I shouldn't be making excuses.
