Help me to increase my Traps, shoulder and arms

Hi, Jamo
I want to ask you few questions? Please help me because I like your website and your services your gym and exercise techniques. I have been doing exercise for 2 years ago. But I don't have bigger arm,shoulder and traps. Please tell me the exercise routine and workout plans for bigger traps, shoulder and arms. Please tell me how to do upright row because i didn't find any video for upright rows. And I like your workout videos. Jamo you are very nice great work.

i have a big probleme with the symetry of my shoulders.if i looked in the mirror i see one upper than the other.

When Scenes Are Not What's Seen

The older I get, the more I think. My kids (I say 'mine' even though I know they belong to someone else) these kids remind me to look within for answers. In my Literary Genre class, we think a great deal. It may not always go in the ways I had aimed for, but the outcomes are always what we ALL needed in that moment.

Happy Halloween!

Been awhile since I had time or made time to blog. Got lots of irons in the fire. Took some time off training and feel even better. Am up about 3 pounds, but not too worried. I manage to fluctuate between 129 and 135. Got lots of students interested in fitness. That really makes my day when someone notices the hard work I have put in. I get more motivated the more I motivate others!

Hey guys...just trying to drop to under 10 percent here...and keep adding muscle mass at the same time...tell me what you think about this one...right now i am currently 220 at about 14 percent BF.

MEAL #1
2 WHOLE EGGS AND 8 EGG WHITES
¾ CUP OLD FASHIONED ROLLED OATS (OATMEAL)
1 TABLESPOON BROWN SUGAR

MEAL #2
5 OZ. OF TURKEY OR CHICKEN BREAST
1 CUP MASHED SWEET POTATOE
1 CUP BROCCOLI
1 TABLESPOON SMART BALANCE BUTTER SPREAD

MEAL #3
5 OZ. TURKEY OR CHICKEN BREAST
1 MEDIUM APPLE
¼ CUP OF UNCOOKED KASHIHIKARI RICE ABOUT ¾ C. COOKED
