It may not always go in the ways I had aimed for, but the outcomes are always what we ALL needed in that moment. Am up about 3 pounds, but not too worried. I manage to fluctuate between 129 and 135. Got lots of students interested in fitness. That really makes my day when someone notices the hard work I have put in. I get more motivated the more I motivate others!
